SHOA Annual Assessment: Annual Assessments are based on the calendar year, which is also our fiscal and tax year. Currently the Annual Assessment is $160 per year, due February 15th and subject to a $25 late fee if paid after February 28th.

Within 12 hours after collection, remove garbage container
from the curb back to the house or garage.
Bulk/Brush - Thursday
No renting or leasing.
SpringBrook subdivision is Residential Use Only:
Section 3.34 of the Deed Restrictions prohibits renting or leasing of homes, or any part of any home, in the subdivision.
Section 4.01 requires any home in the subdivision to be used only for single family residential purposes.

City Code Enforcement:
For questions about city codes, or to report code violations, contact Code Enforcement at (979) 764-3500.

Note: The field lot on Eagle behind Style Craft Model Homes does not belong to the SpringBrook Subdivision.

New construction and many home improvements require a city building permit
to insure compliance with city building codes, contact Building Division at (979) 764-3741.
The SpringBrook Architectural Committee must also approve plans.
