SHOA Annual Assessment: Annual Assessments are based on the calendar year, which is also our fiscal and tax year. Currently the Annual Assessment is $175 per year, due February 15th and subject to a $25 late fee if paid after February 28th.

Trash Pickup - Tuesday

Recycling Pickup - Wednesday

Within 12 hours after collection, remove garbage container

from the curb back to the house or garage.

Bulk/Brush - Thursday

Yard waste, brush, tree limbs, and bulky items will be picked up.

Issues/Concerns SHOA

Renting/Roommates Prohibited
No renting or leasing.

SpringBrook subdivision is Residential Use Only:

Section 3.34 of the Deed Restrictions prohibits renting or leasing of homes, or any part of any home, in the subdivision.

Section 4.01 requires any home in the subdivision to be used only for single family residential purposes.

Animal Control
You may call the College Station City Animal Control at (979) 764-3600 for complaints about animals found at large, noise issues, improper care, etc.

For the removal of a dead animal, contact the College Station Sanitation Division at (979) 764-3690.

Crime and Safety:
911 for Police and Fire emergencies.

For non-emergencies, call the Police Dispatcher at (979) 764-3600.

Streetlight Maintenance:
To report streetlights that are out or not working properly, contact, Public Utilities at (979) 764-3660.

Drainage Maintenance:
To report flooding problems or questions about drainage maintenance, contact the Public Works Department at (979) 764-3692.

City Code Enforcement:
For questions about city codes, or to report code violations, contact Code Enforcement at (979) 764-3500.

Building Permits:
New construction and many home improvements require a city building permit

to insure compliance with city building codes, contact Building Division at (979) 764-3741.

The SpringBrook Architectural Committee must also approve plans.
